Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items in their original Lucchese packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the authorized carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
